NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE (WEXFORD COUNTY) MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the terms and conditions of a certain Mortgage made by Carl A. Wingard and Virginia Wingard (Deceased), husband and wife, to Fifth Third Bank (Northern Michigan), dated November 27, 2002, and recorded January 2, 2003, in Liber 0460, Page 761, Wexford County Records, Michigan. Said Mortgage is held by Fifth Third Bank, an Ohio Banking Corporation. The sum claimed to be due and owing on said Mortgage as of the date of this Notice is $9,990.57 with interest accruing at $1.43 per diem. Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage shall be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public venue, at the place of holding the circuit court within Wexford County, at 10:00 am on Friday, September 20, 2019.
