LAS VEGAS, Nev.— Heather Juengel, of LeRoy, and Marty Nicklas, of Hersey, were married on February 19, 2017, at the Graceland Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Parents of the bride are Nick and Mary Gould, of LeRoy, and Bill and Jan Juengel, of Luther. Parents of the groom are Dave and Sherry Nicklas, of Hersey.
The bride was given away by her father, Bill Juengel, and daughter, Kendra Montague.
Close family and friends were present for the ceremony and dinner afterward. Barbara Battle, a friend of the bride, was present for the wedding and did hair for the bride and Kendra. The bride wore an ivory full-length lace dress and a vintage-inspired headband. She made a champagne colored bouquet that included family heirloom jewelry.
Matron of honor was the sister of the bride, Bridget Johnson. Junior bridesmaid was Kendra Montague, daughter of the bride. Best man was Dave Johnson, brother-in-law of the bride and groom. Flower girl was Madeline Johnson, niece of the bride and groom. Ring bearer was Tyler Johnson, nephew of the bride and groom.
The bride and groom went on a seven-day cruise for their honeymoon.
A reception in Michigan was held on March 25, 2017, at the Osceola County Fairgrounds.
The groom is a 1996 graduate of Reed City High School. He is employed with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT).
The bride graduated from Pine River High School in 2002 and Ferris State University in 2006 with her bachelor's degree. She is employed with Spectrum Health Reed City and pursuing her master's degree in social work at Ferris State University.
The couple resides in LeRoy.
