REED CITY — The following are sentences occurring in 77th District Court in Osceola County on the date of June 10:

• Cameron David Wooll, 28, of Cadillac, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day credited for a guilty plea to malicious destruction of property $200 or more but less than $1,000. The remainder of jail time is to be held in abeyance pending his performance on probation. He also was ordered to pay $865 in fines and fees and given 12 months probation.

• Ethan Jaye Wagenschutz, 29, of Luther, was ordered to pay $555 in fines and fees and will complete 24 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

• Austin Lee Fuller, 20, of Mesick, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with three days credited for guilty pleas to use of a controlled substance and minor operating a motor vehicle with any BAC. He also was ordered to pay $1,665 in fines, fees, $295 in restitution and given 12 months probation. He also may complete 56 hours of community service in lieu of the seven days of jail.

• Ryan Wayne Knox, 27, of Big Rapids, was sentenced to 70 days in jail with three days credited for a guilty plea to disorderly person — drunk. He was also ordered to pay $875 in fines and fees.

• Atheena Trashawn Terry, 30, of Evart, was ordered to pay $750 in fines and fees for a guilty plea to operating a motor vehicle without insurance. She also was ordered to complete 24 hours of community service and restitution shall remain open for 90 days.

• Clayton David Conley, 32, of Farwell, was sentenced to 20 days in jail with four days credited for guilty pleas to operating with a high BAC and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He also was ordered to pay $2,180 in fines, fees, $250 in restitution and given 24 months probation. Conley also was ordered to complete 24 hours of community service.
